Republican group hosts CIA official

EVERETT — Evergreen Republican Women are hosting a talk next week by a former Central Intelligence Agency vice chairman who served during the Reagan administration.

Herb Meyer is scheduled to speak at 11 a.m. May 16 at Shawn O’Donnell’s Restaurant at 122 128th St. SE, Everett. The talk, with a buffet lunch included, costs $15. Meyer has written several books and op-ed pieces in national publications.
