The FBI has released surveillance photographs of a man with a pock-marked face believed to have committed recent bank robberies in Everett and Lynnwood.

The first robbery occurred on May 20, when a man entered the Wells Fargo Broadway branch and started yelling at a teller, demanding money, the FBI said. Ten days later, a man waited in the lobby of the Wells Fargo Alderwood branch and approached a teller with a note implying that he had a weapon. The photos are from the second robbery.

Witnesses gave authorities a similar description on both occasions: The robber was white or Hispanic, in his 20s or 30s, and of medium height and build. He had brown hair and facial scars. He wore a glove on his right hand during the Alderwood robbery.

Lynnwood police described the Alderwood robber as about 6 feet tall and 160 pounds. His face was marked by burns, make-up, acne or a combination of them, police said.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 206-622-0460 or Lynnwood Police Detective Jerry Rittgarn at 425-670-5600.
