Prep girls soccer: Cascade 8, Mariner 0

EVERETT — Rachel Detroit and Mikayla Whitton had two goals apiece to lead Cascade to the Wesco South win. Megan Henry (Detroit assist), Sammi Stewart (Sarah Jenkins), Jenkins (Denae Weigelt) and Chloe McIntosh (Becca Andrade) also scored for the Bruins. Cascade’s Weigelt tallied four assists. Rachel Leupold stood in goal for the Bruins (1-2 league, 2-2 overall). Nadia Kukhotskaya had goalkeeper duties for Mariner (0-3, 0-4).
