Arlington City Council, 7 p.m. Monday, council chambers, 110 E. Third St. The 2011 budget is on the agenda.
Monroe Arts Council, 6:30 p.m. Monday in the Frank Wagner Auditorium. 639 W. Main St., to discuss the creation of a new performing arts venue in the city.
Monroe City Council will meet Tuesday, at 7 p.m., in City Hall, 806 W. Main, with a presentation for the 2011 preeliminary budget and update of union’s negotiations in an executive session.
Stanwood-Camano School Board, noon Tuesday, board room, 26920 Pioneer Highway, Stanwood.
Snohomish City Council, 7 p.m. Tuesday in George Gilbertson Boardroom, 1601 Avenue D. There will be a public hearing for School District capital facilities plan and impact fees.
Oso Community Center board of directors, 7 p.m. Wednesday at the center, just off Highway 530. People in the Oso area are encouraged to attend.
Arlington Planning Commission, 6 p.m. Thursday, Stillaguamish Senior Center, 18308 Smokey Point. Blvd. The agenda includes more about plans for development in the west Arlington neighborhood of Smokey Point.
