MARYSVILLE — The Cougars won the Cascade Conference game by set scores of 26-24, 25-22, 22-25 and 25-18. Hayley Liebel had 16 kills, Brittany Parmentier had 11 kills and five blocks and Allie Hernandez had 23 digs for Lakewood (8-3 league, 8-3 overall). Linden Firethorne had 23 kills and six blocks, Alissa Coupe had 40 assists and Brittany Wood had 31 digs for South Whidbey (4-6, 4-6).
