Prep football: Meadowdale 49, Lynnwood 7

EDMONDS — After Lynnwood struck first on a 56-yard fumble return for a touchdown by Colton Degraw, Meadowdale scored 49 unanswered points to win the Wesco 3A game and clinch a 3A Quad-District playoff berth. Mavericks quarterback Nathan Ball completed 9 of 11 passes for 157 yards and three touchdowns and ran the ball 10 times for 135 yards and two touchdowns. Kyle Gage had 93 yards rushing and a touchdown on nine attempts, helping Meadowdale rack up 363 yards rushing in the game.
