The different exterior finishes — vertical and horizontal siding, and rock and shingles — give the Westcreek Court much curb appeal.
It also has a covered porch with railings and pillars, and the two-car garage has rock cornices.
The entry to the Westcreek Court faces the great room in the rear. The master suite is to the right. The great room is large and open with a corner wood stove and two large windows across the rear.
The breakfast nook in the left rear corner is accented by a cathedral ceiling. Sliding doors open to an optional deck.
Down the entire length of the left wall are cabinets and counter space. A recycle area is adjacent to the nook. The sink and eating bar angle out, facing the great room.
The utility room and a pantry are beyond the great room and a door to the garage opens between these two areas. Stairs to the optional basement is between the pantry and the sink area.
The huge master suite has a 10-foot coffered ceiling and windows on two sides. The master bath has an oversized tub with two sinks opposite. A shower and a private stool are on the right side, and a large walk-in closet with a window is at the end.
To the left of the entry are a half bath and a closet. Stairs to the second floor are opposite the master suite. Two more bedrooms are upstairs with a full bath.
Bedroom 2 and 3 both have 10-foot ceilings, long wall closets and large windows at the end of each room. The bath has dual sinks in one part, and the stool and tub behind a door.
