LYNNWOOD — Meghan Cross poured in 13 points and Royals teammate Arsenia Ivanov added 12 in the nonleague season-opener for each team. After entering the half tied at 30-30, Lynnwood turned it on in the third quarter, scoring 20 points in the period to pull away from the Vikings.
