MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — Margreet Barhoum scored 17 points in the first quarter en route to a game-high 33 points for Meadowdale in a Wesco 3A win. Mountlake Terrace had balanced scoring, but a 16-point halftime deficit was too much to overcome.
