BOTHELL — Senior Jason Shaw had 12 strikeouts and one walk in a complete-game win to lead Lynnwood to its first win of the season in the nonleague game. The Royals (1-4) broke the game open in the fifth inning, stringing together multiple hits to come up with five runs. Jordan Silva, who went 4-for-4, hit a two-run home run in the sixth inning for Lynnwood. Blake Lord had two hits and Colin Samuelson and Tyler Johnson each hit doubles for the Royals. Clay Trushinsky hit a double for Arlington (2-2).
