LYNNWOOD — An out-of-place power tool tipped off a Lynnwood police officer Tuesday.
The power tool didn’t look right in the back of a car turning onto Highway 99 from a business parking lot in the 19200 block.
The officer pulled the car over and talked to the people inside, officials said. Other officers found that a chain-link fence had been cut at the business the car had been leaving. The power tool had been taken from inside the fenced yard.
Two men and a woman, all from Everett, were arrested and booked for investigation of burglary. No other details were available.
