Help tend Mountain Loop trails

Attention hikers: If you love your trails along the Mountain Loop Highway, join the Darrington Ranger District for a day of trail maintenance.

Volunteers will meet June 4 at district headquarters, 1405 Emens Ave. N. in Darrington, and work from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Volunteers will be rewarded after work with dinner and door prizes at the Mansford Grange on Railroad Avenue (behind the IGA grocery), compliments of the Darrington community.
