Grounds for dismissal: A Starbucks barista in California lost his job after he posted a video on YouTube, dressed only in his underwear and his green apron, playing guitar and singing that he shouldn’t have to put up with demanding customers while only making minimum wage.
Watch for his new video in which he sings about having to put up with demanding Employment Security Department staff while bringing in less than minimum wage from unemployment checks.

Sweet Dreams-liner: Airlines that have added new reclining seats to business- and first-class, which allow travelers to lie flat and sleep, are hearing more complaints from passengers about seatmates who snore.
But that’s one more point for Boeing’s 787. The Dreamliner’s roomy overhead baggage compartments allow annoyed passengers to stuff snorers out of earshot.

Don’t look down, and don’t ask about the exchange rate: New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has approved a request by daredevil Nik Wallenda to walk over Niagara Falls on a tightrope. Wallenda now must get approval from Canadian authorities, who have denied similar requests in the past.
Canadian officials, whose stronger Canadian dollar has discouraged American visitors, said they would reconsider if Wallenda can encourage enough American tourists to join him in the crossing.
