Prep girls soccer: Lakewood 8, Sultan 0

MARYSVILLE — Danielle Knapp and Arianna Barrio both scored early (eighth and 10th minutes) in a Cascade Conference rout. Knapp and Barrio both scored one more time and Lakewood got single goals from Kiley Brown, Shantel St. Jean and Lindsey Kerney. Even Keeper Miranda Head got in on the action, coming out of goal to score. Kiley Brown also spent time as keeper for Lakewood while Korena Price filled that roll for Sultan. Lakewood is 5-1 league, 5-1-1 overall while Sultan is 0-6, 0-8.
