Sore loser should recall his petition

Regarding the Tuesday article, “Recall petition targets Everett School Board member”: You talk about a sore loser, a fellow finishes dead last out of six candidates in the primary and now he wants to recall an elected board member. Good luck getting the 6,000 voters to sign your ill-advised petition. I won’t be one of them. I applaud Director Jeff Russell for his reasonable and refrained approach to school board matters.

I read the entire “wheras” statement submitted demanding the Russell recall. Everything that Director Russell stated at the school board meeting was both reasonable and necessary. They are not intended to be a billboard or bulletin board of an individual. I learned that in a civics class many years ago, and it just makes good sense.
