Russell narrows choice to four schools

Mariner star running back KeiVarae Russell has narrowed his list of prospective colleges down to four. Russell, who has received official offers from 18 Division-I programs, recently trimmed his list from five, when he ruled out Oregon.

His final four in no particular order are:

-Notre Dame

-University of California – Berkeley

-University of Southern California

-University of Washington

All four schools offer a chance to play right away, part of the reason Oregon was eliminated. “I change my mind every day,” said Russell. Russell also likes the prestige that a degree carries from those particular universities.
