The Chick-fil-A chain of fast-food frypits (Snohomish County folks have to drive all the way to Boise, Idaho, to visit one) claims a Vermont folk artist’s “Eat More Kale” T-shirts encroaches on its “Eat Mor Chikin” trademark.

Since (nominal) edibility is the only thing that kale and Chick-fil-A products have in common, and because the Vermont hippie spelled all the words correctly, Judge Buzz finds for the defendant.

Million-dollar fender bender: Eight Ferraris, a Lamborghini and two Mercedes were smashed in a 14-car pileup on a Japan freeway Sunday, as an exotic-car group ride went horribly awry.

As he watched video of the smashed supercars, an anguished”Top Gear” co-host Jeremy Clarkson reportedly cried out, “O the humanity!”
