Follow the Tips on international duty

The international tournaments are now getting underway, with the World Junior Hockey Championships beginning today and the U-17 World Hockey Challenge getting started Thursday.
Everett has two players at World Juniors, with defenseman Ryan Murray suiting up for Canada and winger Vladimir Dolnik playing for Slovakia. Goaltender Austin Lotz is playing for Team West at the U-17s, while Everett prospect winger Geordie Maguire is also suiting up for Team West.
Both tournaments, including the progress of Everett’s players, can probably be best tracked at Hockey Canada’s website.
