The newest Associated Press Washington high school boys and girls basketball polls are out and there’s some movement among local teams.

On the boys side, Snohomish fell three spots to No. 7 after losing to Edmonds-Woodway and Marysville Pilchuck and Jackson moved into the others receiving votes category in 4A. Mountlake Terrace, meanwhile, moved up a slot to No. 2 behind Rainier Beach.

On the girls side, Stanwood catapulted over Lake Stevens into the No. 3 spot after beating the Vikings last week. Shorecrest, Glacier Peak and Lynnwood are all on the bubble in 3A and Archbishop Murphy is as well in 2A.
