Monroe soccer plans "red out"

The Monroe boys soccer team is going red.

The Bearcats are planning a “red out” for Friday’s game against Marysville Pilchuck and are asking all those in attendance to wear red. The event is being used to raise awareness for the American Heart Association.

“Even though we’re playing a rival team that is red it’s still a great cause and we’re looking forward to raise awareness and get a big turn out,” said Monroe head coach Dan Berry.
