Prep softball: Cedarcrest 17, Lakewood 14

MARYSVILLE — Stephanie Hall was 5-for-6 with a home run and four RBI for Cedarcrest in a Cascade Conference win. Kiana Smith was 4-for-5 with two doubles and a home run for Lakewood. Cedarcrest and Lakewood play again 4 p.m. Friday at Cedarcrest H.S. and the winner of that game will be the No. 2 seed in the district tournament.
