Prep football: Marysville Getchell 48, Everett 19

EVERETT — Zander Seymer scored Marysville Getchell’s first three touchdowns as the Chargers scored 48 unanswered points en route to a win over Everett in a Wesco North 3A win at Everett Memorial Stadium on Friday night.

Marysville Getchell also scored on two fumble recoveries in the end zone and Dylan Smith ran in two 1-yard plunges as the Chargers rebounded from a loss last week to rival Marysville Pilchuck.

Everett’s TJ Lewis scored two touchdowns late in the game and Garrett Wise scored a 59-yard touchdown as the Seagulls scored three times in the fourth quarter.
