BELLEVUE — Dayne Herron scored 18 points and JoJo Webster had 11 points and 10 rebounds for Oak Harbor at the Bellevue College Holiday Tournament. Monroe’s Nicota Stevenson scored 15 points, shot 3-for-4 from 3-point range and grabbed six rebounds.
