EVERETT — Josh Parafina scored 15 points and Chase White added 14 points and five blocks to lead Archbishop Murphy to a win over Lakewood in a Cascade Conference game. Ryan Alford scored 18 points to go along with his four 3-pointers for the Cougars in the loss.
