Lynnwood City Council to pick president

The Lynnwood City Council is scheduled to pick a new council president tonight.
Current Council President Loren Simmonds said Sunday that the council also will fill other positions when it meets at 7 tonight in the council chambers for its first regular business meeting of the year.
