MONROE — Dakota Ralph went 3-for-3 with two RBI, including a solo home run in the fifth inning, to help Monroe beat Mount Vernon and clinch a 4A district playoff berth. Andrew Moore finished 2-for-2 and drove in two for the Bearcats.
