Jamming at DjangoFest on Whidbey Island (gallery)

Richard Moody (left) and Quinn Bachand (right), of Victoria, B.C., jam with other musicians Thursday afternoon at Useless Bay Coffee Co. in Langley. Their band, Brishen, played a Thursday evening show at the Whidbey Island Center for the Arts. Spontaneous jam sessions are sprouting up around the town during the DjangoFest Northwest gypsy jazz festival, which goes on through Sunday.
