Prep football: South Whidbey 21, Granite Falls 14

GRANITE FALLS — Nick French rushed for 133 yards and the game-winning touchdown for South Whidbey in the first week of Cascade Conference play. Mathew Hamilton put Granite Falls on the board with a 4-yard touchdown run in the first quarter, but Cooper Nichols returned the kickoff 95 yards to tie it up. Tyson Campbell rushed for 79 yards for the Tigers.
