Visit Whidbey’s wedding venues at daylong event

Getting ready to get married? Take a tour of Whidbey Island for a one-day blast to check out venue options and other wedding necessities.

The Weddings on Whidbey and Events Tour takes place from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m Nov. 9.

The starting point is Historic Crockett Farm Event Center, 1056 Crockett Road, in Coupeville, with transportation provided in private coaches.

The chauffeured tour makes the rounds to five event and wedding venues to meet up with florists, musicians, photographers, dressmakers, rental suppliers, makeup and hair stylists.

It includes stops at several wineries, distilleries and caterers offering samples of their products.

Tickets are $20 and require advance purchase. No tickets will be sold on the day of the event. The event is for adults 21 and over.
