Body found in restroom at Vancouver mall

VANCOUVER, Wash. — A cleaning crew found the body of an elderly woman in a restroom at the Westfield Vancouver Mall.

Police spokeswoman Kim Kapp says there’s not sign of a crime.

Kapp told The Columbian the body had apparently been there overnight and emergency responders were called shortly after 6 a.m. Monday.

The Clark County medical examiner’s office will determine how she died.
