Mountlake Terrace blanked by Columbia River in baseball regionals

BELLEVUE — Mountlake Terrace was able to scratch just three hits against Columbia River and the Hawks fell in the opening round of the 3A state tournament.
Terrace starter Dominic DeMiero struck five over seven innings, but a three-run third inning by the Chieftains was all that was needed to end the Hawks’ season with a final record of 13-11.
