EVERETT

Forwards: Bajkov, Low, Laurencelle, Bauml, Stadnyk, Fonteyne, Millar, Aasman, Mykitiuk, Nikolishin, Scherbak.

Defensemen: Juulsen, Betker, Pfeifer, Skrumeda, MacDonald, Davis, Wharrie.

Goaltenders: Hart, Lotz.

Scratches: Leedahl, Kindopp, Leslie, Wegleitner.

Notes: Everett goes with the same lineup for the second straight game. With seven defensemen dressed, Jordan Wharrie will in all likelihood play as a forward. Winger Dawson Leedahl remains out with an undisclosed injury.

SPOKANE

Forwards: Ke. Yamamoto, Stewart, Bechtold, Helewka, McAndrews, Anderson-Dolan, Ka. Yamamoto, Brooks, Zwerger, Whittingham, Elynuik, Olynek, Playfair.

Defensemen: Fram, Charif, Helgesen, Fiala, Henderson, Laday.

Goaltenders: Hughson, Verhelst.

Scratches: Rayman, Oneschuk, Miske, Cardiff, Sozanski, Toporowski.

Notes: Spokane has 21 players taking the warm-up, so one more forward scratch is coming, though there’s no indication who the potential final scratches could be. Defenseman Evan Fiala, who was given a major penalty for kneeing in Game 5, is playing, so he wasn’t suspended. Winger Devon McAndrews, who sat out Game 5, will at least take the warm-up. Forwards Blair Oneschuk and Jacob Cardiff remain out.
