Prep softball: Lynnwood 8, Glacier Peak 5

BOTHELL — Angela Martin went 2-for-4 with a double and three RBI for Lynnwood in a win against Glacier Peak in Wesco 3A South softball. Dasia Lester tripled, scored three runs, and picked up the win for the Royals after going four innings and striking out seven. Maddie Morgan threw three shutout innings of relief. Kaileigh Harthun also drove in a run for Lynnwood. Glacier Peak’s Aurora Ellison drove in two runs, Abby Winckler doubled with two RBI, Rebecca Willis went 2-for-2 with a double, and Nina Kim doubled and drove in a run.
