Police warn residents of sex offender in Lynnwood

LYNNWOOD — Police are warning neighbors about a convicted sex offender living in Lynnwood.

Arthur Lee Martinez, 55, is a Level II offender. He has moved to the 18900 block of Highway 99.

He was convicted of sexual abuse of a child in 1995 and sent to prison. The victim in that case was a 5-year-old girl.

Martinez is described as Hispanic with black hair and brown eyes. He is about 5-foot-10 and 290 pounds.
