STANWOOD — Bailey Post’s goal and assist helped lift Stanwood over Marysville Pilchuck in the opening round of the 3A District 1 tournament on Saturday.

Stanwood moves on to play Edmonds-Woodway on Tuesday in the semifinals.

MarysvillePilchuck will host Meadowdale in a loser out game on Tuesday.
