Anderlin Arts: Performances are at the Snohomish County PUD Auditorium, 2320 California, Everett. More at www.anderlinarts.org. The theater group’s 2016 season:

“The Importance of Being Earnest,” Oscar Wilde’s “trivial comedy for serious people” about “romance, secret identities and cucumber sandwiches” is directed by Jeremy Anderson. Performances are 7:30 p.m. April 1, 2, 8 and 9 with 2 p.m. matinees on April 2 and 9. Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for students, seniors and military.

“Thoroughly Modern Millie,” musical comedy, Aug. 18 to 27.

“Scrooge! The Musical,” Dec. 1 to 10.

““The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee,” musical comedy, April 22 to May 8.

“Suite Surrender,” an homage to the farces of the 1930s and ‘40s, June 10 to 26.

Darrington Community Talent Show: 7 p.m. April 1, high school auditorium. The Darrington Historical Society presents the annual spring show. Proceeds benefit the society. A dessert auction benefits North Counties Family Services.

“Billy Elliot,” the Broadway sensation with music by Elton John, July 8 to 31.

“Cash on Delivery”: Historic Everett Theatre’s resident comedy troupe, the Outcast Players, takes on this play April 14 to 29 at the theater, 2911 Colby Ave. Tickets are $12. Performances will be 7:30 Thursdays, 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 3 p.m. Sundays. Call 425-258-6766.

“The Sleeping Beauty”: Olympic Ballet Theatre of Edmonds celebrates its 35th anniversary with a production of the ballet at 1 p.m. April 3 at Everett Performing Arts Center, 2710 Wetmore Ave., and 7 p.m. April 9, at Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 Fourth Ave. N.
