The Camano Community Trunk Sale is set for July 16. Rent a space in the Camano Center parking lot and sell your stuff. Register at the center, 606 Arrowhead Road. Beer and brats will be available for sale. Proceeds benefit the 2ndChance Thrift Shop Expansion Project.

Sewing class:Snohomish County Clothing and Textile Advisors offers a beginning sewing class for adults, 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. July 25-29 at McCollum Park, 600 128th St. SE, Everett.
Learn the basics about sewing tools, thread, seams and using a pattern.
Participants must bring their own sewing machine in good working order and basic supplies.

Charity golf tourneys: Registration closes today for the Joe Richer Memorial Golf Tournament, set for July 30 at Legion Memorial Golf Course in Everett. The fun begins at 1 p.m., after a four-person scramble format. Entry fee of $125 includes a barbecue and award reception. Proceeds support the Joe Richer Golf Program for youth. Entry forms are available at the course, 144 W. Marine View Drive.
Century 21 North Homes Realty of Lynnwood hosts the annual Easterseals Washington Charity Golf Tournament, which also includes dinner and an auction, with a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 18 at Echo Falls Golf and Country Club in Snohomish.
