Red Wine &Chocolate Tour: Whidbey Island Vintners &Distillers Association hosts two weekends of red wine and chocolate. Tours are from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Feb. 18-19. Check out local wineries: Comforts of Whidbey Winery, Spoiled Dog Winery, Whidbey Island Distillery, Blooms Winery Tasting Room and Holmes Harbor Cellars. Tickets $25 in advance, $30 day-of. Edmonds Clam Chowder Cook-Off: On Feb. 25, eight local restaurants will compete to win “Best Clam Chowder in Edmonds” award, and participants get to taste and vote. The family event includes live music, crafts and games in the Kid Zone, and more. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 25 at 326 Admiral Way. Prices vary.
Edmonds Sons of Norway Pancake Breakfast: The breakfast and accompanying bake sale are 7:30 a.m. to noon March 4 at Edmonds Masonic Center, 515 Dayton St., Edmonds.
