Here is a list of local Halloween-day events for families. All events listed here are scheduled for Tuesday.

BOTHELL

No Safe Halloween: Because of Main Street construction, the city of Bothell’s Safe Halloween event will not be held this year. Look for it again in 2018.

Trick-or-Treat: 4-6 p.m. at Country Village, 23718 Bothell-Everett Highway. More info: www.countryvillagebothell.com

EDMONDS

Trick-or-Treat: 5-7 p.m. in downtown Edmonds. Costume contest, flash mob dance, treats. Bring food donations for Nourishing Network and clothing donations for Clothes For Kids. Free. More info: www.edmondswa.com, 425-776-6711

EVERETT

Trick-or-Treat: 5-7 p.m. at the Everett Mall, 1402 SE Everett Mall Way. Ages 12 and younger. Live music in center court. Donations for food bank encouraged. No masks or covered faces for those older than 12, and leave weapon-like costume accessories at home or in the car. Free. More info: www.shopeverettmall.com

Trek or Treat: 5-7:30 p.m. at New Life Church, 6830 Highland Drive. Carnival games, bouncy houses, themed rooms, candy and prizes. Ages 3 to fifth grade. Free. More info: newlifeeverett.org/trekortreat

Mariner High Harvest Fest: 5-8 p.m. at Mariner High School, 200 120th St. SW. Games, face painting, cookie decorating, trick-or-treating and more. Admission is a nonperishable food donation. Kindergarten to fifth grade. More info: 425-366-5700

Trunk-or-Treat: 6-8:30 p.m. at Madison Community Church, 6900 Wetmore Ave., Everett. Bouncy house, fishing boat, games. Sponsored by Madison Community and Pinehurst Baptist churches. More info: 425-353-2293

Pumpkin Patch Party: 6-8:30 p.m. at Bethany Christian Assembly, 2715 Everett Ave. Games, candy, bouncy houses, laser tag and Mad Science Show. Free. More info: bcachurch.com/ppp

LAKE STEVENS

Halloween Festival: 5-8 p.m. downtown on Main Street. Costume walk starts at 5 p.m. from behind the Buzz Inn. Trick-or-treating at local businesses and the Lake Stevens Library, indoor carnivals at the Community Center and First Baptist Church, a haunted house, truck-or-treat, hot dogs, popcorn and more. LYNNWOOD

Haunted Halls of Hemlock Acres: 5-9:30 p.m. with character-free hour at 5 p.m., at 15123 46th Place W. Admission is a minimum donation of $2 to benefit Seattle Children’s. More info: facebook.com/HauntedHallsofHemlockAcres

MILL CREEK

Trick-or-Treat: 4:30-6:30 p.m. at participating businesses at Mill Creek Town Center. More info: www.millcreektowncenter.biz

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE

Harvest Festival: 5-8 p.m. at Calvary Fellowship, 23302 56th Ave. W, Mountlake Terrace. Cost is $1, or $3 per family, at the door with food and drinks included. Candy, face painting, pie eating contest, games and prizes. More info: 425-775-3422
