MARYSVILLE — A stretch of road near Lake Goodwin was closed Thursday afternoon after two dump trucks collided.

No one was injured.

The trucks were traveling on 140th Street NW, said Christie Veley, a Marysville Fire District spokeswoman. They collided near 56th Avenue NW after 1 p.m.

Several gallons of oil and fuel spilled. The state Department of Ecology was called in. The road was closed while crews worked to clean up the mess.

There was no estimate as to when the road may re-open.
