The 13-year-old from Stanwood used his putting prowess to finish fourth in the boys ages 12-13 division at the Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals held April 1 at Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia.

Chisman made both his 30-foot putt and his 15-foot putt on the 18th green of the course that hosts The Masters, becoming the first player in the history of the competition to make both putts.

Chisman scored a full 10 points in the putting competition. He scored four points in both the driving and chipping portions of the competition to finish with a total of 18. PJ Maybank III of Cheboygan, Michigan, won the competition by scoring 25 points.

Chisman qualified for the national competition by finishing first in his division at the Subregional Qualifier at The Home Course in Dupont last Aug. 15, then also placing first at the Regional Qualifier on Sept. 9 at The Olympic Club in San Francisco.
