The Seattle Seahawks have announced the 12 practices that will be open to the public during training camp at their Virginia Mason Athletic Center in Renton. The first one is the first practice of camp on July 26.

The other workouts open to fans are July 27, 29, 30, 31, Aug. 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 13 and 15.

On Aug. 16, one week following the Seahawks’ first preseason game against the Indianapolis Colts at CenturyLink Field, the team will host its season-ticket holders for a practice.

Fans must register online beginning Thursday for the limited number of spots to watch each practice and get autographs from players afterward. The public must park off site the morning of the practice and take shuttles — provided by the Seahawks — to and from their cars.
