Project would add 118 townhouses to Bothell’s Canyon Park

BOTHELL — MJS Investors are working to build out a townhouse development in Bothell’s Canyon Park neighborhood in a cluster of office buildings.

The project is called Canyon Park 18 & 19 Townhouse and would construct 118 townhouses on nearly 7 acres in the north Bothell neighborhood with one parking spot per townhouse with some on-street parking.

According to an environmental review submitted by the developer, the project would generate roughly 810 daily vehicle trips. Construction could begin this fall and be completed by late 2020.

The development is in the Canyon Park subarea, a nearly 1,000-acre area in north Bothell. The city’s plans say it should be developed as a community and regional activity center that expands opportunities for multi-family housing to promote affordable housing close to jobs, shopping and services.

The Canyon Park 18 & 19 Townhouse project is bordered by commercial and office buildings.
