Police dog catches driver who ran after car chase

EVERETT — A car chase Wednesday morning ended with a person running from law enforcement, only to be tracked by a police dog.
The Arlington Police Department said its dog, Oso, helped capture the driver in Everett after a Washington State Patrol trooper tried to get the driver to pull over. The incident closed the westbound U.S. 2 ramp to northbound I-5 around 6:50 a.m.
