De Jesus, a senior, hit two home runs and drove in and drove in four runs in the Timberwolves’ 15-1 six-inning victory over Mariner.
Gunnar Morehead, King’s boys soccer
Morehead, a senior, stopped nine shots on his way to a shutout in front of the net in the Knights’ 2-0 win over Meridian. King’s clinched a bi-district tournament berth with the victory.
Sanha Oh, Kamiak baseball
Oh, a freshman, delivered an RBI single in the first inning of a three-inning tiebreaker game to lift the Knights to a 1-0 win over Glacier Peak. Kamiak advanced to the 4A Wes-King Bi-District Tournament with the victory.
Liese Gobel, Glacier Peak girls tennis
Gobel, a junior, picked up a 6-3, 0-6, 7-6 victory in No. 2 singles to help the Grizzlies edge Mount Vernon 4-3.
