VANCOUVER, British Columbia — The Everett AquaSox have had the Vancouver Canadians’ number so far this season.

Everett improved to 4-0 against Vancouver with a 6-4 Northwest League victory Sunday night.

Carter Bins homered and singled, and Austin Shenton doubled twice, singled and drove in a run to lead Everett’s offense, which collected 14 hits.

Everett took a 2-0 lead in the fourth inning when Bins hit a solo home run and Miguel Perez added an RBI single.

Everett added solo runs in the fifth and eighth innings, scoring on a run-scoring single by Chase Gladfelter and a Vancouver error, respectively.

The Canadians cut the difference to 4-2 in the eighth inning when Davis Schneider hit an RBI single and Adrian Ramos drew a bases-loaded walk.

The AquaSox answered with two runs in the ninth, with Shenton and former Marysville Pilchuck High School standout Trent Tingelstad each delivering an RBI double.

Vancouver scored twice in the ninth off Everett relief pitcher Travis Kuhn, but could get no closer than the final score. Despite giving up the two runs, Kuhn picked up his first save of the season.
