Heidi Impola, Grace Academy girls basketball
Impola, a sophomore, netted 23 points in the Eagles’ Northwest 1B home victory over Lopez.
Malakhi Knight, Marysville Getchell boys basketball
Knight, a junior, scored 28 points and went 11 of 13 from the field in the Chargers’ 70-60 Wesco 3A/2A road win over Meadowdale. Knight added four rebounds, four assists and four steals.
Mutdung Bol, Edmonds-Woodway boys basketball
Bol, a senior, scored his 1,000th career varsity point while recording a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds in the Warriors’ 63-48 Wesco 3A/2A home win over Everett.
Jesus Gonzalez, Snohomish boys wrestling
Gonzalez picked up a 7-5 decision over Monroe’s Paul Bischoff, the 10th-ranked 182-pounder in Class 4A, according to Washington Wrestling Report, in the Panthers’ 43-21 dual-meet victory over the Bearcats.
