Sanders presidency would add to national debt

In case you don’t read the paper, everybody has debts: states, counties, cities, corporations, students; even the little guy owes on credit cards. The last I saw the national debt totaled $23.3 trillion, but nobody writes about it. That’s mind-boggling to wrap your mind around.

And if we listen to presidential candidate Bernie Sanders, there will be more debt. His managers boasted he could talk over an hour, but it’s all promises involving more trillions, but he doesn’t worry. Politicians don’t pay off debt; it’s you and me. So, folks, a word of caution: Don’t get burned by Bernie.
