Overlake 49, Sultan 36

REDMOND — The Sultan girls basketball team’s superb season came to an end with a second-round playoff loss to Overlake on Tuesday night.

Grace Trichler led all scorers with 15 points for Sultan (10-4).

Isabella Leeks had 12 points to lead Overlake (8-4).

In the opening round of the playoffs on Monday night, Sultan beat South Whidbey 44-37.

Trichler scored 13 points and Ella Owens added nine for the Lady Turks.
