STANWOOD — Matthew Brennan struck out five and tossed a complete game and the Spartans topped the Tomahawks in a league tilt.

Mason Goodson went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and an RBI for Stanwood (3-6 overall, 3-2 Wesco 3A/2A).

Royce Hale hit a two-run home run for Marysville Pilchuck (1-8, 1-2).

SNOHOMISH — The Grizzlies used a three-run outburst in the sixth inning to earn a comeback victory over the rival Panthers in a non-league game.

Paxton Bigby, Logan Hall and Luke Doman each drove in runs in the sixth for Glacier Peak (4-5). Bigby and Karsten Sweum each doubled for two of the Grizzlies’ three hits. Owen Gluth picked up the victory with four shutout innings of relief, striking out five.

Brendan McKinley and Tommy Brandvold each had a hit and an RBI for Snohomish (7-2). Starter Jackson Weeks struck out five over six innings pitched.

Arlington 10, Lake Stevens 6

ARLINGTON — Cooper McBride had two hits and two RBI and the Eagles used a five-run fifth inning to pull away for a non-league win over the Vikings.

Eli Jones doubled and drove in a run and Avery Klein and Jace Graham each reached base three times and scored twice for Arlington (5-4).

TK Perkins hit a three-run home run and Colin Beazizo had two hits, a double and an RBI for Lake Stevens (5-2).

Maggie Duffy added two hits and two RBI for Edmonds-Woodway (4-2 overall, 2-2 Wesco 3A/2A).

Sonya Cappello hit a home run and drove in two runs and Erin Fischer went 2-for-2 with two RBI for Marysville Pilchuck (3-3, 0-2).

STANWOOD — Andrew Montero netted a hat trick and the Warriors cruised past the Spartans for a league win.

Isaac Parreno scored two goals and Anand Raghu and Ben Hanson added assists for Edmonds-Woodway (6-0-1 overall, 6-0-0 Wesco 3A/2A).

Stanwood fell to 1-5-1 overall and 1-4-0 in Wesco 3A/2A play.
